Theodore J. Bielen, Jr.

Theodore J. Bielen Jr. is a registered Patent, Trademark Copyright and Trade Secret Attorney with 30 years plus experience in all fields of technology, including the Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, and Biological Arts. He Has legal expertise in Patent and Trademark prosecutions and litigation, including validity and infringement opinions. He has successfully represented individuals and companies in obtaining numerous patents and trademarks in the United States and other countries worldwide.
After Mr. Bielen graduated with his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Columbia University, he served as a U.S. Naval officer, and later attended the University of California, Hastings Law School where he received his Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree. He is a member of the California State Bar, and is admitted to practice before several Federal District Courts, US Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, and the Federal Circuit Court in Washington D.C.
Mr. Bielen holds a private pilot license, and is a former faculty member of St. Mary’s College where he taught Intellectual Property Law.
Thomas R. Lampe

Thomas R. Lampe is an highly experienced Registered Patent Attorney experienced Registered Patent Attorney specializing in Intellectual Property Law, representing both individuals and companies in obtaining, protecting, and maintaining their patent, trademark and other intellectual property rights. Mr. Lampe earned his Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Iowa State University and his JD law degree with honors from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
As a former Patent Examiner with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Mr. Lampe also served as an administrative assistant in the Office of the Commissioner of Patents and Trademarks in Washington, D.C. Being well versed in all aspects of patent law, he is also the author of the book “Idea to Marketplace-An Inventor’s Guide” and several articles on the subject of intellectual property law.
Mr. Lampe is a long standing member of the California State Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Lampe’s expertise and extensive relationship with the United States Patent and Trademark Office assures special attention and optimal results up to, during, and after the patent process.
